Incorporate the chicken and mix well.
Cover the bowl in saran wrap and chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
In a pan, on high heat, chook the chicken in its marinade.
Fashion the kofta into finger shapes. On a barbecue, grill the ground meat fingers.
Garnish the pita bread with chicken, tomato slices, cucumber slices, onion and minced pickles.
Roll the pita bread, cut in half, and serve your Chicken Chawarma in tall glasses, or on plates.
